We listen, act, and transform
Overall wellness has been a passion of mine as part of my role as a Clinical Social Worker for over 20 years. I meet my clients where they are in their life and journey, lending support and therapeutic guidance to those who are ready to discover their best selves. Some of the techniques I encourage learning and utilizing include mindfulness, meditation, movement, and body awareness work. I work to find the most appropriate fit for the client’s needs and goals, introducing modalities and how they can help, and deciding with clients how to work towards their goals. I provide therapy to those 14 to 99 years old, and appreciate all that makes us unique from one another. It is an honor to walk the path of wellness with you and I look forward to partnering in your health journey.
